Technologies

Classic 2D image processing

Includes developments for clearly definable features such as measurement, precise localisation for handling robots, recognition of shapes and edges, as well as evaluations using histograms.

3D image processing

Used when precise height information is required for evaluation. This is done with the help of three-dimensional images of test specimens (point clouds) for automated defect detection, pack assembly inspection and classification.

Deep Learning

Deals with highly complex tasks, including defect detection, classification and OCR (optical character recognition) for use in industrial quality assurance and production.

Can be customised to (nearly) every need

In PC-based image processing technology with deep learning, the cameras use trained algorithms to create a neural network and analyse the generated image data of test specimens. The systems work reliably 24/7. They can be customised to meet to specific requirements and equipped with individualised user interfaces.
