Inspection system for the key emblem assembly
For this vision inspection, aerne engineering uses IPC-based image processing based on Cognex VisionPro to monitor quality assurance during production. Integrated cameras in the automation system monitor the production steps and ensure the desired quality.
Two cameras are used to align the plate at station 1 to the nearest hundredth so that the emblems can be punched out.
