Container destacker for COOP
For the automated destacking of containers, it is important to reliably determine the container types. In this system for the COOP wholesaler, the new vision inspection system also had to transmit the exact position of each container to the downstream system. A case made for aerne engineering!
System outdated and no longer supported
The existing image processing system was based on Windows XP and was provided by a supplier that no longer exists. It was also necessary to recognise new container types. Due to these risks, a new solution was required.
